Your True Nature: Yoga + Hiking Event in Partnership with Trilogy Sanctuary

Overview

Reconnect to the rhythms of nature and your own heart with a soul nourishing morning infused with hiking, yoga, nature, community and delicious treats from Trilogy Sanctuary's very own plant based cafe.

Begin the morning with a gentle full body yoga warm up led by your hiking guide and Trilogy Yoga teacher Brittany Griffiths ~ @soulstokedyogini near the trailhead before setting out towards the summit of Kwaay Paay Peak, an approximate 3.5 mile out and back trail located in beautiful Mission Trails Regional Park.

Along the way stop to enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful natural landscape of the 6,800 acre Mission Trails Regional Park as well as the ocean and cityscapes of Downtown San Diego in the distance. The Kumeyayy, who were the first to extensively live within and make use of the lands that became part of Mission Trails Regional Park, blessed this land covered in rugged canyons and rolling hills covered in wildflowers.

May our time spent together on this sacred land and our journey to "Kwaay Paay", a Kumeyaay word meaning "Leader", instill within each of us the energy and intention to lead and live a life that flows in alignment with our ~ True Nature ~
