Your True Nature: Yoga + Hiking Event in Partnership with Trilogy Sanctuary

Reconnect to the rhythms of nature and your own heart with a soul nourishing morning infused with hiking, yoga, nature, community and delicious treats from Trilogy Sanctuary's very own plant based cafe. Begin the day out on the trail with an approximate 6 mile round trip hike flowing along the Los Penasquitos Canyon Trail that weaves through a large forest of giant California live oaks and sycamores, alongside a year-round stream that is home to Pacific Tree Frogs, crayfish and largemouth bass, all leading you towards a beautiful waterfall cascading through volcanic rock.

Along the way stop to enjoy an energizing outdoor yoga practice supported by the elements that will balance equal parts strength and stretch lead by your guide and Trilogy teacher Brittany Griffiths ~ @soulstokedyogini.

Meeting Point/Parking: We will depart from the West entrance trailhead at 8:15 AM. The trailhead is located next to the large dirt lot host to plenty of free parking located just off Sorrento Valley Blvd/805 Freeway.

Who: YOU! Friends! Family! The hiking trail and yoga practice is open to all levels : )

What to Bring: Small day pack with yoga mat, perhaps a journal/pen, sunscreen, minimum of 2 liters of water (ex: Camel-Bak Water Bladder/Reusable Nalgene).

What to wear: Comfortable clothes you are able to hike/practice yoga in.

-Additional suggested items: Sunglasses + hat because this hike is primarily exposed to the sun, camera/phone if you wish to take photos.
